Organizational Identity
Otzar HaSfarim is the seforim fundraising campaign for Beis Menachem Mendel in Tzfat. Campaign administration is handled by the yeshiva team and designated staff working directly with the hanhala.
Payment and Data Security
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Cardcom and Stripe).
- Card details are handled by the payment processors and are not stored on this website.
- Donation records are retained for operational follow-up and receipt handling.
Donation Allocation and Reporting
- Set donations are directed toward the selected set campaign target.
- General donations are allocated according to active seforim and library needs.
- Campaign progress and procurement milestones are communicated through the campaign updates page.
Donor Communication and Support
Donors can contact the campaign by email or phone for dedication requests, payment clarifications, or status follow-up. We aim to respond in a timely and respectful manner.
